You’ll have

• 5–10 years’ relevant experience in product management or closely related roles, ideally within complex, customer‑centric or operational environments
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and owning delivery outcomes across the full product lifecycle
• A strong customer‑centric mindset, underpinned by research, insights and data‑driven decision making
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, manage feature backlogs and prioritise initiatives effectively
• Experience working in agile, product‑led environments, applying modern product management practices and human‑centred design principles
• Well‑developed commercial acumen, including budget management, financial forecasting, business case development and P&L awareness
• Experience managing and influencing suppliers and strategic partners, including contract negotiation and ongoing performance management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across matrixed teams
• Highly developed analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience within the airline industry or a highly regulated, operational environment will be highly regarded
